Come and try some Scottish Country and Ceilidh (pronounced Kay-Lee) dancing. This is not Highland Dancing! No swords or bagpipes. All the dances will be taught, walked through and called if necessary. Wear flat shoes and comfortable clothes and be prepared to enjoy yourself. No booking needed just turn up, with or without a partner. Every week the programme will vary depending on numbers but the emphasis will always be on having fun. Dancing is also a great way to get, and keep, fit mentally and physically - far more fun than the gym! Cost €2. Non-members very welcome but Guest fees will apply.
