Details - Guaranteed to be a fascinating insight into the 'how's, why's, when's and, most importantly, where's' of the booming, but controversial new access that drones give us to aerial photography -in addition- Tom Brown will offer a brief about the planned Field Trip giving us tips on the best camera setting's and he will present some images of Kolossi and the 3 Star wreck. This will help with the challenges we will encounter. The trip is an opportunity to get some great images that enables us all to enter into the next digital 3rd Quarter celebration and add to your possible annual print competition entries. Blevins Franks have confirmed that they will be the sole sponsors of the UKCA's Annual Photographic competition again this year. The competition is open to all irrespective of whether they are members of the UKCA or not. There are multiple categories so most genres of photography are covered - the dates, rules and categories are soon to be finalised and will be found via the UKCA Paphos Photography Club's page (under Activity Groups)

Details - Efficient use of keyboards, or other input devices based on keyboards, can make a huge difference to using a computer or other digital device effectively First half - 9:30 a.m. until approx 10.30 a.m. ...Getting to know your keyboard, what it can do and how they vary. Second half - 10:45 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.... Keyboard short cuts, tips and tricks All UKCA members welcome, non-UKCA members welcome as guests but pay normal guest fee in addition to CTG €2 levy. Many members will have noticed the lack of the UKCA weekly newsletter and other advisory e-mail's. Unfortunately this is due to technical difficulties with the mailing list which is proving difficult to resolve.
