After a successful spring season with some great dancing and lots of fun, the dance sessions have finally stopped until September. By the end of this season most of the 'Monday' class were confident, keen and fit enough to dance twice a week, practising what they'd learnt at the UKCA on Mondays with the social dance group run but the St Andrew Society on Tuesdays. Next season we will probably restart towards the end of September - exact date to be advised - and the aim is to prepare for the St Andrew's Ball held in November, although the session is great fun whether you intend to go to balls or just get a little fitter in a way that is far more enjoyable than going to the gym.
