Next Wednesday we welcome a visitor to the club, Paschalis Papapetrou Director of Anadysis Films. He will tell us about why and how he decided upon the films he has made, and then will show a representative film. It will be a very interesting presentation.
I would like to extend an invitation to all UKCA members to come along and enjoy the morning and the film "Troodos and the birth of Cyprus" lasting 50 minutes. We meet at 9.00 am for a 9.30 start with coffee at 10.30 and finish around 11.15/11.30 A bit about the Film Company "Anadysis Films Ltd was established in January 2003 as a result of long-term presence of the founder of Paschalis Papapetrou, television and film performances of our country. The primary goal of the company is the recording of cultural heritage in the form of documentary. The goal, in collaboration with fine friends and colleagues, is achieved through frank and honest testimonies of the people of Cyprus who evidence the average saving knowledge and habits of past decades."
