Now the weather is cooling down it's time to start thinking about dancing again.
Dance sessions at the UKCA are aimed at beginners with a range of very simple dances that require minimal 'teaching' so we get the maximum dancing, but the sessions are just as much fun for more experienced dancers.
Dancing is the best was to have fun while keeping fit and research has shown that Scottish Country Dancing in particular provides physical, mental and psychological benefits especially to older people.
This season the Monday afternoon sessions will only run if we are guaranteed at least 8 in the class. So please contact Janine via her details HERE if you are interested.
