Welfare is operating, but not from the Clubhouse.  
​Anyone requiring assistance, or to hire equipment needs to call the Welfare phone on 99744936.  
Whoever is on duty will arrange with the person a time suitable for both parties to pick-up or return whatever they need.

Welfare - this service is run by a small dedicated group of volunteers to provide equipment for members, and non-members, in temporary need of help in their daily lives. Medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walking frames etc, are available and items to help cope with the younger visitors to our homes, such as stair gates, baby alarms, infant's cots, car seats, booster seats etc are also in stock.

Wheelchairs - Available to full members and non-members and must be returned in good clean condition - payment for any damage requiring repair, incurred during the rental period, is the responsibility of the hirer.

All welfare equipment to be hired must be pre-booked, via the phone on 99 744 936, or by coming to the Welfare Section of the Club (in the old Library area) on Tuesday or Thursday between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 pm. The requested equipment must then be collected during the times below  (except in genuine emergency) .

Bookings, Collections and Returns:        Tuesdays  and Thursdays  11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. only
